Dr Platon Cold Plasma


Dr Platon is a quick and comfortable treatment that can help a variety of skin concerns and requires no downtime.


The Dr Platon cold (non-thermal) atmospheric plasma pen employs breakthrough plasma shower technology.  It is one of the gentlest ways to treat problematic skin conditions and is especially effective for teenager and adult acne.  It can be used for the face and body, as well as age management treatments.

Suitable For:


  • Suppressing teen and adult acne and balancing sebum production (suitable from age 12 and over).
  • Decreasing the symptoms of seborrhoea, eczema, topic dermatitis, rosacea and psoriasis.
  • Reducing inflammation and related blemishes.
  • Brightening post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
  • Achieving long term anti-ageing.
  • Improving absorption of active ingredients by the skin by almost 24%.


Dr Platon Contraindications


The Dr Platon is not suitable if you have:


A pacemaker or other electronic device permanently attached.

Epilepsy

AIDS

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

Immunodeficiency (unless treatment approved by a medical specialist)

Active chronic diseases (please consult a medical expert)

Pre-cancerous spots near the area to be treated.

Acute disease where the body temperature is above 38 degrees.

Active herpes

Taking steroids or have taken steroids in the last two weeks.

Used AHA's or retinol in the past week.

Injected with Threads in the past month.


Injections of Botox, silicone or Hyaluronic Acid, dermal fillers to the face are NOT contraindications for treatment by Dr Platon.


Roaccutane by itself is not a contraindication unless the skin is particularly thin or highly irritated.


Children over the age of 12 can be treated with parental consent.
